Memorandum to all R.T.O.T. clients:

        Due to significant increases in fuel and other costs, R.T.O.T. attorney service has determined that it is necessary to modify its rate structure. 

Commencing on July1, 2008, R.T.O.T. rates shall be modified as follows:

Attorney Service Retainer.  The attorney service monthly retainer for R.T.O.T. services shall be $120.00 for those firms with three attorneys or fewer.  An additional charge of $40.00 per attorney shall apply for each additional attorney.

Same Day Filings.  The monthly retainer will no longer include same day filings.  Same day filings shall be charged at the economy courier service rate as published on R.T.O.T. website.

Service of Process.  The charges for service of process shall remain unchanged for the first 3 attempts.  Each attempted service in excess of three shall be charged as follows:

Orange County $10.00 per attempt.

Los Angeles, Riverside County and San Bernardino County    $15.00 per attempt.

San Diego County $25.00 per attempt.
